However through a series of negotiations and approvals including an agreement with Sony to ensure Activision games on PlayStation for the decade those concerns were addressed.
A crucial moment in the acquisition process was Microsofts proposal to transfer Activisions gaming rights to Ubisoft. This step aimed at addressing competition worries by allowing Ubisoft to bring versions of Activision Blizzard games to any platform.
