Megan Fox Opens Up About Her Plastic Surgery Journey in Candid Interview

In one of her most candid interviews to date, Megan Fox opened up about the various plastic surgery procedures she’s had done over the years. Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the 37-year-old got real about undergoing a nose job in her early twenties as well as having breast augmentations on two separate occasions.

Fox revealed she first went under the knife for a rhinoplasty around age 23, saying “I haven’t touched my nose since then.” This was followed by her first breast augmentation between filming the first two Transformers movies when she was approximately 21-22 years old. She later had them redone once after having children.

The Procedure Fox Isn’t Sharing

While being upfront about most of her surgeries, Megan Fox teased that there is one procedure she had that she’s not yet ready to disclose publicly. “There’s one thing I had done that I’m gatekeeping because it was really good and it’s not a known plastic surgery,” she hinted, without providing any clues about what the mystery operation entailed.

Wrapping up the plastic surgery conversation, Fox stated “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind. I’ve never had threads. I’ve never had [buccal fat removal] done. I’ll never have any fat removed.” She also shut down rumors of ever getting a Brazilian butt lift or liposuction. While tight-lipped about one procedure, Megan Fox was otherwise fully transparent about her cosmetic journey.
